Sending a Fax at a Specified Time

You can scan and store a document in advance, and send it by fax at the specified time.

Important

  • If the machine is switched off for about one hour, all fax documents stored in memory are lost. If documents are lost for this reason, a Power Failure Report is automatically printed when the main power switch is turned on. Use this report to check the list of lost documents.

  • When an Error Is Reported in a Report or E-mail

  • A fax will not be sent if the main power of the machine is turned off at or before the specified time. It will be sent after the power is turned on. When using the weekly timer to manage the power of the machine, check that the specified time for sending the fax does not conflict with a time period specified with [Main Power Off].
