Scattered Toner Image Prevention
If toner spreads under the horizontal lines on printed images, enable this function to improve print quality.
Consult your service representative before using this function.
Scattered Toner Image Prevention (Settings Screen Type: Standard)
Press [Settings] on the Home screen.
Press [Maintenance]
[Scattered Toner Image Prevention].
Select [Mode 1], [Mode 2], or [Off] next to the tray which you want to adjust, and then press [OK].
After completing the procedure, press [Home] (
).
Scattered Toner Image Prevention (Settings Screen Type: Classic)
Press [Settings] on the Home screen.
Press [Machine Features Settings][Maintenance][Scattered Toner Image Prevention].
Select [Mode 1], [Mode 2], or [Off] next to the tray which you want to adjust, and then press [OK].
Press [OK].
After completing the procedure, press [Home] ().
