Reproduction Ratio

This section describes the settings in the [Reproduction Ratio] tab under [Copier / Document Server Settings].

You can specify the enlargement and reduction ratios.

Setting Items	Description
Shortcut Reduce/Enlarge	You can change the reproduction ratio that appears when [Copy Ratio] is pressed on the Copy screen (Standard). You can change the keys displayed on the initial screen when you use the Copy screen (All View) or [Copier (Classic)]. When you specify [User Reduce/Enlarge Ratio], you can enter the ratio from 25 to 400%. (mainly Europe and Asia) Default: [71%], [141%], [93%] (mainly North America) Default: [65%], [155%], [93%]
Reproduction Ratio	You can change the reproduction ratio that appear when [Copy Ratio][Others] is pressed on the Copy screen. When using the Copy screen (All View), you can change the reproduction ratio that appears when [Copy Ratio] is pressed. When using [Copier (Classic)], you can change the reproduction ratio that appears when [Reduce/ Enlarge] is pressed. When you specify [User Reduce/Enlarge Ratio], you can enter the ratio from 25 to 400%. (mainly Europe and Asia) Default: [50%] (A4A6), [71%] (A4A5, B5B6), [93%], [141%] (A5A4, B6B5), [200%] (A6A4), [User Reduce/Enlarge Ratio] (25–400%) (mainly North America) Default: [65%] (8¹/₂ × 115¹/₂ × 8¹/₂), [78%] (8¹/₂ × 148¹/₂ × 11), [93%], [129%] (5¹/₂ × 8¹/₂8¹/₂ × 11), [155%] (5¹/₂ × 8¹/₂8¹/₂ × 14), [User Reduce/Enlarge Ratio] (25–400%)
Reduce/Enlarge Ratio Priority (This is available only when [Copier (Classic)] is used.)	You can specify the default value of the reproduction ratio when [Reduce/ Enlarge] is pressed on the Copy screen. (mainly Europe and Asia) Default: [71%] (mainly North America) Default: [65%]
Ratio for Create Margin	You can specify the reproduction ratio when [Create Margin] is specified on the Copy screen. Default: [93%]
