Transmitting Records by E-Mail
Use this function to send records to the administrator's e-mail address. The subject of the e-mail begins with "Records".
The records are sent automatically after every 50 communications. A CSV format file of the records is attached to the e-mail. The name of the attached CSV format file is "RECORDS
year, month, date, hours, minutes". For example, the file name transmitted at 14:40 on 20th, December, 20XX is "RECORDS20XX12201440.csv".
To transmit the records by e-mail, it is necessary to make settings with User Parameter (switch 21, bit 4) in the Fax Features menu. See Parameter Settings.

The machine does not keep CSV files after they are sent. We recommend that you confirm the e-mail address of the administrator before you use this function to send records by e-mail. If the administrator's e-mail address is not correct, your records may be lost.

If the administrator's address is wrong, you may not be able to acquire the records.
If the records fail to be transmitted in e-mail format, the records are printed out.
To confirm the administrator's e-mail address, use [Administrator's Email Address] under [System Settings]. See "File Transfer", Settings.
