Items Added to the Fax Settings

The following items have been added to the [Fax Settings] in [Settings].

Reception File Storage Location

Received documents are stored on the hard disk and in the fax memory of the machine as well. When [Reception File Storage Location] is set to [Internal Storage], the machine stores received documents on its hard disk even after the fax memory becomes full, thus enabling you to store more documents.

Press [Settings] [Fax Settings] [Reception Settings] [Reception File Settings] [Reception File Storage Location] and specify the setting.
This setting is available when [Store] is enabled in [Action on Receiving File].

Communication Record Email for Administrator

You can specify whether to send communication record e-mails to the administrator.

When this item is set to [Send] you can select from [Every 50], [Every 200], or [Every 1000] for [The Number of Stored Logs to Send in Notification].
Press [Settings] [Fax Settings] [Detailed Initial Settings] [Notification Email Settings] and specify the setting.

List of Actions on Receiving File

With [List of Actions on Receiving File], you can now check the list of file reception operation settings on one screen.

Confirm the setting values in [Settings] [Fax Settings] [Others] [List of Actions on Receiving File].
You can also change settings by pressing [Change Settings]. Depending on the security settings, [Check Settings] appears instead of [Change Settings]. In this case, you cannot change the settings.

Interval of Resending Memory Transmissions, Interval of Resending Backup File, and Interval of Resending Folder Transfers

You can now change the interval for resending memory transmissions, backup file transmissions, and folder transfers in [Fax Settings].
