Confirming the IP Address of the Sender of an Invalid Job
If an error occurs due to a print job sent over the network, you can confirm the IP address of the sender of the invalid job.

The IP address of the sender of the job that caused the error can be confirmed by using the following methods:
Confirming the error log list from the control panel
To confirm the IP address by using [Printer]
On the [Home] screen, press [Printer]
[Error Log], select the error you wish to confirm, and then check the [Sender IP:] field.To confirm the IP address by using [Printer (Classic)]
On the [Home] screen, press [Printer (Classic)]
[Error Log], select the error you wish to confirm, press [Details], and then check the [Sender IP Address:] field.
Confirming the error log by printing it from the control panel
