Allowing Guest Users to Use Wireless Direct Printing

Guest users can now use wireless direct printing even if access control is specified.

IM 2500/3000/3500/4000/5000/6000 series and GS3025m/GS3030m/GS3035m/GS3040m/GS3050m/GS3060m support this function regardless of the installed version of RICOH Always Current Technology.

From Web Image Monitor, specify in "Transfer from the control panel" in the [Device Management][Configuration][Security][Access Control].

Select [Active] to allow guest users to wireless direct printing when access control is specified.
