File Format for Attachment of Transmission Result E-mail

You can specify the file format for the attachment of the transmission results e-mail.

IM 2500/3000/3500/4000/5000/6000 series and GS3025m/GS3030m/GS3035m/GS3040m/GS3050m/GS3060m support this function regardless of the installed version of RICOH Always Current Technology.

IM C530 series does not support this function.

  • Specify the file format in [Settings][Fax Settings][Detailed Initial Settings][Email Transmission Results Settings][File Format of Transmission Results Email].

  • [Security for Email Transmission Results] has been moved under [Settings][Fax Settings][Detailed Initial Settings][Email Transmission Results Settings].

  • You can also configure the file format of the transmission results e-mail using [Parameter Settings]. In [Settings][Fax Settings][Detailed Initial Settings][Parameter Settings][Parameter Settings], set the bit number [4] and [5] of switch number [45] as follows:

    • 00: TIFF

    • 01: PDF

    • 11: PDF/A
