How to Use the Settings Screen

Setting Items

Description

Shortcut Key : Copy Ratio

You can change the reproduction ratio that appears when [Copy Ratio] is pressed on the Copy screen (Standard).

You can change the keys displayed on the initial screen when you use the Copy screen (All View) or [Copier (Classic)].

When you specify [User Reduce/Enlarge Ratio], you can enter the ratio from 25 to 400%.

Region A icon (mainly Europe and Asia)

  • Default: [71%(A3A4 B4B5)], [141%(A4A3 B5B4)], [93%]

Region B icon (mainly North America)

  • Default: [73%], [155% (51/2×81/281/2×14)], [93%]

Copy Ratio Setting

You can change the reproduction ratio that appear when [Copy Ratio][Others] is pressed on the Copy screen.

When using the Copy screen (All View), you can change the reproduction ratio that appears when [Copy Ratio] is pressed. When using [Copier (Classic)], you can change the reproduction ratio that appears when [Reduce / Enlarge] is pressed.

When you specify [User Reduce/Enlarge Ratio], you can enter the ratio from 25 to 400%.

Region A icon (mainly Europe and Asia)

  • Default: [115% (B4 JISA3)], [122% (8 × 13A3 A4B4 JIS)], [141% (A4A3 A5A4)], [200% (A5A3)], [400%], [25%], [50% (A3A5 8 × 13A5)], [65% (A38 × 13)], [71% (A3A4 A4A5)], [75% (B4 JIS8 × 13)], [82% (8 × 13A4 B4 JISA4)], [93%]

Region B icon (mainly North America)

  • Default: [121% (81/2 × 1411 × 17)], [129% (81/2 × 1111 × 17)], [155% (51/2 × 81/281/2 × 14)], [200% (51/2 × 81/211 × 17)], [400%], [25%], [50% (11 × 1751/2 × 81/2)], [65% (11 × 1781/2 × 11)], [73% (11 × 1581/2 × 11)], [78% (11 × 1581/2 × 11)], [85% (81/2 × 1381/2 × 1)], [93%]

Copy Ratio Priority Setting

(This setting item is available only when [Copier (Classic)] is used.)

You can specify the default value of the reproduction ratio when [Reduce/ Enlarge] is pressed on the Copy screen.

(mainly Europe and Asia)

  • Default: [71% (A3A4 A4A5)]

(mainly North America)

  • Default: [65% (11 × 1781/2 × 11)]

Ratio for Create Margin

You can specify the reproduction ratio when [Create Margin] is specified on the Copy screen.

  • Default: [93%]
