Contact your service representative to replace the intermediate transfer unit when "Replacement of Transfer Unit is now necessary. Please call service." appears.

Replace the intermediate transfer unit yourself

You need to replace the intermediate transfer unit when “Replacement of Transfer Unit is now necessary. Please call service.” appears.
Watch the video displayed on the control panel of the machine for the procedure to replace the intermediate transfer unit.

1. Press [Check Status] and then press [Check] under [Machine Status] tab.
   Replace it by following the procedure shown on the display.
   If [Supplies Replacement Video List] is displayed in [Machine Information] in [Check Status], you can confirm the replacement procedure from [Supplies Replacement Video List].
