Auto Email Notification
Device Management > Configuration > Device Settings > Auto Email Notification

Use this page to configure settings for email notification of the machine status and error.

Note

• Settings on this page can be changed by the following administrators and users:
  • Machine Administrator
  • Login users
    User authentication is enabled on the device and users are permitted to make changes to administrator's setting items.

Address List

Address List

Displays e-mail notification addresses in a dropdown menu.
Click the Edit button to edit the address list.

Items to Notify

Select the Notify check box of the items for which you require a notification e-mail.
To configure detailed notification settings, click Edit. When the Detailed Settings of Each Item page appears, configure the necessary settings.

Buttons

Refresh

Click to update the currently displayed information.

Note

• Before making the settings, click Refresh to obtain the machine's current status.

OK

Click to apply the settings.

Cancel

Click to cancel the settings.
