Configure basic settings for the scanner function.

Select the title to be displayed on the destination list.
The title you select appears on the email or file transfer destination list, and can be used to search for an address.
You can select from Title 1 (10 categories), Title 2 (10 categories), and Title 3 (5 categories).
Select a destination list to be used in Search Destination between the machine's Address Book and the registered LDAP server.
Note
If the machine receives a scanning request from a client computer while it is sending email or files, or while it is functioning as a network delivery scanner, it will switch automatically to the network scanner function. This setting determines the time the machine waits until it switches to the network scanner function.
Enter a delay time of 3 to 30 seconds. The machine switches to the network scanner function when the number of seconds specified here elapses following the last key operation.
The machine will switch to the network scanner function as soon as a scanning request is received.
Select the destination list displayed when the machine is switched on. You can select either Email/Folder, Delivery Server, WSD, or DSM.
In the machine's Address Book, select either Email Address or Folder to be displayed for the destination list by default.
Up to 100 transmission/delivery results can be checked on this machine.
Specify how the machine responds when the number of stored transmission/delivery results reaches 100.
Depending on your security settings, the journal might not be printable.
The transmission/delivery journal is printed automatically. After being printed, the journal is then deleted.
Transmission/delivery results are deleted one by one as new results are stored.
Transmission/delivery cannot be performed when the journal is full.
If LDAP Authentication is set, specify whether to overwrite the folder information of the LDAP server to the machine's Address Book.
