Logs stored on the machine can be downloaded.

Specify the type of logs to be downloaded.

Download

Click to obtain the logs selected in Logs to Download as a CSV file.
When you click this button, a dialog box prompting you to download the file appears.

Note

  • Downloaded logs contain data recorded up till the time you click the Download button. Logs can take several minutes to half an hour or longer to fully download. Log data recorded after the Download button is clicked will not be downloaded.
  • Logs are downloaded as UTF-8 format files. If the application you use to open a log file does not support UTF-8, the file's text may appear garbled.
  • The following operations are not permitted while logs are downloading:
    • Downloading the log from another Web browser.
    • Displaying and editing the Job History page (from Job List in Job).
    An error will occur if you attempt these operations.
  • If you are using Internet Explorer 8, downloading will be slower than with other browsers. To download faster with Internet Explorer 8, open the browser's Internet Options menu and register the machine's URL as a trusted site. Then disable SmartScreen filter for trusted sites.
