Configure the timer settings for days selected in Specific Period Settings on the Detailed Settings page.
Output Mode
Specify an output method for received documents and auto reports.
Not Set
Follows the initial settings of the device's control panel.
Prints the documents.
Standby to Print
Suspends the print job.
Forwarding
Forwards the received documents to the specified destination.
ID Required Print
Prints the documents by entering the ID.
Store
Stores the documents on the machine's hard disk.
Period
Specify the start date/time when the current output mode is switched to the mode specified in Output Mode and the end date/time when the mode returns to the previous mode.
Forwarding Destination
Specify whether to set the same transfer destination as the one set in General Setting or to set it independently.
Destination for Store Notification
Specify whether or not to send email notification message when the received files are stored.
Destination for Forwarding /Store Notification
Specify destinations for forwarding/store notification.
Click the Change button to open the Forwarding Destination or Destination for Store Notification page where you can configure settings for the destinations.

Security
Specify whether or not to apply the S/MIME encryption and digital signature to the files to be forwarded and the store notification mail.

Click to update the currently displayed information.

- Before making the settings, click Refresh to obtain the machine's current status.
