Eco-friendly Counter Period/Administrator Message
Configure settings for the eco-friendly counter.
Note
- Settings on this page can be changed by the following administrators and users:
- Machine Administrator
- Login users
User authentication is enabled on the device and users are permitted to make changes to administrator's setting items.
Display Information Screen
Specify whether or not to display the information screen including the eco-friendly counter on the machine's control panel.
The information is displayed in three lines.
Display Time
Specify the time on the information screen.
Note
- This function is available only when User Authentication Management is set to Basic Authentication, Windows Authentication, or LDAP Authentication.
Every Time Login
Displays the screen every time after logging in on the machine's control panel.
First Time Login
Displays the screen only when logging in on the machine's control panel the first time in a day (0:00 - 24:00).
Count Period
Specify the count period of the eco-friendly counter.
Count Period (Days)
If you select Specify Days in Count Period, specify the number of days for the count period.
Administrator Message
Administrator Message
Specify an administrator message to be displayed on the information screen. The message is displayed in three lines.
You can also enter a message as you want, using up to 60 alphanumeric characters per line.
Buttons
Refresh
Click to update the currently displayed information.
Note
- Before making the settings, click Refresh to obtain the machine's current status.
OK
Click to apply the settings.
Cancel
Click to cancel the settings.
