Compulsory Security Stamp
Use this page to prevent information leakage by compulsory printing of the output user's information.
Note
- Settings on this page can be changed by the following administrator:
- Machine Administrator
- Some items may not appear depending on machine type or configuration.
Copier/Document Server/Facsimile/Printer
Configure settings for information of the printout user name to be printed in each function.
Compulsory Security Stamp
Specify whether to print documents compulsory.
Date/Time
Specify whether to print the date and time of printing jobs.
Printout User Name
Specify whether to print the print out user name. If printing, select "User Name" or "Login User Name" to be printed.
Machine ID
Specify whether to print the serial number of the machine.
Machine IP Address
Specify whether to print the IP address of the device.
Adjust Stamp Position
Specify the position for printing the information of the printout user.
Stamp Position
Select the position for printing the stamp.
Adjust Position
Adjust the position for printing the stamp.

Click to update the currently displayed information.
OK
Click to apply the settings.
Cancel
Click to cancel the settings.
