Program/Change/Delete Remote Machine
Configure settings for the remote machine used for the remote fax.
Note
- Settings on this page can be changed by the following administrators and users:
- Machine Administrator
- Login users
User authentication is enabled on the device and users are permitted to make changes to administrator's setting items.
- For details about Remote Fax, see the operating instructions provided with the machine.
Program/Change/Delete
Program/Change
Select the registered remote machine and then click this button to open the page where you can change the information of the machine.
After selecting Not Programmed, click it to open the page where you can newly register a remote machine.
Delete
Delete the registration of the selected remote machine.
List of display items
To select a remote machine, select the check box to the left of the job information.
The items displayed are as follows:

- If there is no information entered for Machine Name and Location, "---" appears.
No.
Displays the number for identifying the remote machine.
IP Address/Host Name
Displays the IP address and the host name of the remote machine.
Machine Name
Displays the name of the remote machine.
Location
Displays the remote machine's location.

Refresh
Click to update the currently displayed information.
Back
Click to return to the previous page.
