Backing up the Address Book

Use the Maintenance button in the Address List page to back up the Address Book.

  1. On the Address List (Display All Items) or Address List (Display Specified No. of Items) page, click the Maintenance button.
    The Maintenance page appears.
  2. In Encryption Key, enter the key to access the encrypted Address Book data.
  3. Click the Backup button.

    Note

    • After clicking this button, operations differ depending on the Web browser you are using. Follow the instructions in the dialog boxes or messages that appear.
    • If you are using Internet Explorer 8, downloading will be slower than with other browsers. To download faster with Internet Explorer 8, open the browser's Internet Options menu and register the machine's URL as a trusted site. Then disable SmartScreen filter for trusted sites.
