Displays print jobs of documents registered to the Document Server and job history.
New print documents appear at the beginning of the list.
Documents are older (previously printed jobs) further down the list.
Note
Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
Displays the first page.
Displays the previous page.
Displays the next page.
Displays the last page.
Select the number of display items per page.
Select the check box to the left of the job information to select a job.
The items displayed are as follows:
Displays a unique number assigned to each job.
Displays the name of the user who sent the job.
Displays the name of the document.
If several documents are selected on the List of Files to Print page, the name of the first document appears.
Displays the number of copies.
Displays job status such as Waiting..., Printing..., Interrupted (Out of Paper), and Complete.
Displays the date and time the user submitted the job.
Displays the number of pages in the job.
Note
Click to update the currently displayed information.
Click to cancel printing of the selected job. Delete is valid for jobs whose status is "Waiting..." or "Interrupted".
Displays the previous page.
