Printer Job History
Status/Information > Job > Printer Job History

Displays the jobs being printed and completed print jobs.
New jobs appear at the top of the list. The jobs are older (completed print jobs) further down the list.

Page control buttons

Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the Go to the previous page. button and the Go to the next page. button.

Go to the first page. button

Displays the first page.

Go to the previous page. button

Displays the previous page.

Go to the next page. button

Displays the next page.

Go to the last page. button

Displays the last page.

Display Items

Select the number of display items per page.

List of display items

The items displayed are as follows:

ID

Displays a unique number assigned to each job. ID numbers may not be consecutive.

Name

Displays the name specified as the login name of the job sender.

User Name

Displays the name of the user who sent the job.

User ID

Displays the identifier of the user who sent the job.

File Name

Displays the job's document name.

Status

Displays job status such as Processing..., Printing..., Print Complete, and Error.

Created At

Displays the date and time the user sent the job.

Page(s)

Displays the number of pages in the job.

Note

  • Name appears only when user authentication is enabled.
  • If there is no information entered for User Name, User ID, File Name, or Created At, "---" or "?" appears.
  • When you are logged in as Machine Administrator, you can select a job whose status is Waiting for Job Suspension... or Job Suspended, and then resume or delete that job.

Buttons

To Top of the Page

Refresh

Click to update the currently displayed information.

Resume

Select a job whose status is Waiting for Job Suspension... or Job Suspended, and then click Resume to resume that job.

Note

Cancel

Select a job whose status is Waiting for Job Suspension... or Job Suspended, and then click Cancel to delete that job.
