Counter per User
Status/Information > Counter per User
This page shows counter figures for print and other jobs processed by the device per user.
If you are logged in as a user (except User Code Authentication), you can confirm your counter only.
Note
- Settings on this page can be changed by the following administrator:
- Machine Administrator
- Some items may not appear depending on machine type or configuration.

Click to obtain the logs for Device Total Counter and Counter per User as a CSV file.
Note
- Logs are downloaded as UTF-8 format files. If the application you use to open a log file does not support UTF-8, the file's text may appear garbled.
- If you are using Internet Explorer 8, downloading will be slower than with other browsers. To download faster with Internet Explorer 8, open the browser's Internet Options menu and register the machine's URL as a trusted site. Then disable SmartScreen filter for trusted sites. For details about these settings, see the Internet Explorer 8 Help files.
Page control buttons
Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the 
button and the 
button.
Go to the first page. button
Displays the first page.
Go to the previous page. button
Displays the previous page.
Go to the next page. button
Displays the next page.
Go to the last page. button
Displays the last page.
Page box and Go button
Displays the specified page. Enter the number of the page in the Page box, and then click Go to display it.
Display Count
Select the number of display items per page.
No. of Registration
Displays the number of users registered to the Address Book.
List of display item
The items displayed are as follows:
User
Displays the user code assigned to the user or the login user name.
Name
Displays the name of the user who requested the job.
Total Prints
Displays the total number of pages processed by the device.
Copier/Document Server
Displays the number of pages processed using the copier/document server function.
Printer
Displays the number of pages printed using the printer function.
Scanner
Displays the page counts processed using the scanner send function.
Fax
Displays the page counts processed using the fax transmission function and the number of pages printed using the fax function.
Print Volume Use Limitation
Displays in units the user's print volume limit.
Volume Used
Displays in units the total volume printed by the user to date.
Limit Value
Displays in units the user's print volume limit.
Previous Volume Used
Displays the previous total volume printed by the user.
Last Reset Date
Displays the date and time of the last reset of Volume Used.

Click to update the currently displayed information.
