Home Screen Settings
Device Management > Device Home Management> Home Screen Settings

Specify images to be displayed on the Home screen and configure settings for limiting functions on the home screen per user.

Note

• Settings for this page can be configured by the following administrators and users:
  • User Administrator
  • Login users
    User authentication is enabled on the device and users are permitted to make changes to administrator's setting items.

User's Own Customization

Specify whether or not to allow a user to use the user's own home screen.

Insert Image

You can insert an image such as a company logo on the home screen.
If you select Insert Image or Select Another Image, click Browse, and then select the image file to be displayed.

• The image set in the default home screen can be displayed on all Home Screen per User.
  You cannot change the image on Home Screen per User.

Buttons

Refresh

Click to update the currently displayed information.

Note

• Before making the settings, click Refresh to obtain the machine's current status.

OK

Click to apply the settings.

Cancel

Click to cancel the settings.
