Document Server (Folder List)

Displays a list of folders in the Document Server of the machine.

Note

Search by Folder Name

Specify a folder name to search for folders.
Enter the search criteria, and then click Search to start.

Page control buttons

Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the Go to the previous page. button and the Go to the next page. button.

Go to the first page. button

Displays the first page.

Go to the previous page. button

Displays the previous page.

Go to the next page. button

Displays the next page.

Go to the last page. button

Displays the last page.

Page box and Go button

Displays the specified page. Enter the number of the page in the Page box, and then click Go to display it.

Display Items

Select the number of display items per page.

Total No. of Programmed Items

Displays the number of folders registered in the Document Server.

List of display items

Select the option button to the left of the folder information to select the folder. Items displayed in the list are as follows:

Folder Number

Displays a folder-specific number assigned when the folder is registered in the Document Server.
Click the Ascending Order button or the Descending Order button under the item name to order the list by folder number.

Folder Name

Displays the name of the folder. Click the Ascending Order button or the Descending Order button under the item name to order the list by folder name.
Click the folder name to open the page where the list of stored documents is displayed. If the folder is password-protected, a password entry box appears, and then you can enter the password in the box.

Password

If a folder is password-protected, "****" appears. If you perform operations (display properties, delete, etc.) on a password-protected folder, a password entry box appears and then you can enter the password in the box.
Passwords are not required if you are logged in as the file administrator. Also, password-protected files are indicated by the File with Password icon. Locked folders are indicated by the File with Password (Locked) icon.

Created Date/Time

Displays the date and time when the folder was created. Click the Ascending Order button or the Descending Order button under the item name to sort the list by creation date.

Refresh

Click to update the currently displayed information.

New Folder

Click to open the New Folder page where you can make a new folder.

Edit Folder

Click to open the Edit Folder page where you change the information of the selected folder.

Click to delete the selected folder.

Unlock File

Click to unlock the selected folder.
