Displays a list of folders in the Document Server of the machine.
Note
Specify a folder name to search for folders.
Enter the search criteria, and then click Search to start.
Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the button and the button.
Displays the first page.
Displays the previous page.
Displays the next page.
Displays the last page.
Displays the specified page. Enter the number of the page in the Page box, and then click Go to display it.
Select the number of display items per page.
Displays the number of folders registered in the Document Server.
Select the option button to the left of the folder information to select the folder. Items displayed in the list are as follows:
Displays a folder-specific number assigned when the folder is registered in the Document Server.
Click the button or the button under the item name to order the list by folder number.
Displays the name of the folder.
Click the button or the button under the item name to order the list by folder name.
Click the folder name to open the page where the list of stored documents is displayed.
If the folder is password-protected, a password entry box appears, and then you can enter the password in the box.
If a folder is password-protected, "****" appears.
If you perform operations (display properties, delete, etc.) on a password-protected folder, a password entry box appears and then you can enter the password in the box.
Passwords are not required if you are logged in as the file administrator. Also, password-protected files are indicated by the icon. Locked folders are indicated by the icon.
Displays the date and time when the folder was created. Click the button or the button under the item name to sort the list by creation date.
Click to update the currently displayed information.
Click to open the New Folder page where you can make a new folder.
Click to open the Edit Folder page where you change the information of the selected folder.
