Configure settings related to Bonjour (Rendezvous).
Some items are for reference only and cannot be changed.
Note
Select whether Bonjour for the device's interface boards is active or inactive.
Select whether or not to enable Bonjour when using the machine on an IPv4 network.
Select whether or not to enable Bonjour when using the machine on an IPv6 network.
Ethernet, Wireless LAN, or Ethernet + Wireless LAN appears depending on the interface board installed.
Displays the Bonjour host name.
This indicates the host name of the network interface board or wireless LAN board, to which ".local" is appended.
Note
These settings are common to the network interface board and wireless LAN board.
Enter a name to identify the device using Bonjour, using up to 63 characters.
The default is the manufacturer's name followed by the device model.
Enter the device location, using up to 32 characters. This item is linked to Location on the Device Management - Configuration - Device Settings - System page.
Enter the priority for each protocol type, between 0 and 99.
The lower the value, the higher the priority.
The default is 10 for DIPRINT, 20 for LPR, and 30 for IPP.
