Displays the lines selected in Reception File Settings or the list of the output settings in General Setting.

Print ID Setting

Print ID

Specify an ID to print the received files from the machine's hard disk. Enter a value between 0001 and 9999.
You can output them only when entering the ID.

Specific Period Settings

Configure the timer settings for specified period of time. This settings have priority over Weekly Settings.
You can use this function to store documents for the specified period of time such as summer and winter vacations.

List of display items

Displays the timer settings registered.
Click Change to open the Set No.: Change page where you can change the settings or configure new ones.

• If the registered periods of the timer settings overlap, the priority order is as follows:
  1st > 2nd > 3rd

Weekly Settings

Configure the timer settings for each day.
You can use this function to store the documents on the hard disk from the closing time to the opening time on the business days or to transfer them to the specified destination on Saturday and Sunday.

Sunday to Saturday

Displays the timer settings registered in each day.
Click Change to open the Sunday to Saturday Set No.: Change page where you can change the settings or configure new ones.

• If the registered periods of the timer settings overlap, priority order is as follows:
  1st > 2nd > 3rd > 4th > 5th

Click to update the currently displayed information.

Note

• Before making the settings, click Refresh to obtain the machine's current status.

Click to apply the settings.

Cancel

Click to cancel the settings.
