Displays sample, locked, hold and stored documents in the machine.
Jobs displayed in the list can be printed, deleted, or unlocked.
Note
- This page appears only when the machine supports the Print Jobs function, and when the Print Jobs function is enabled in the machine configuration.
Otherwise, the Printer: Print Jobs item does not appear in the menu area.
- When you are logged in as File Administrator, you can delete jobs and unlock jobs; but you cannot print jobs.
For administrators other than File Administrator, Go to [Printer Job History] does not appear in the menu area.
- Users can print or delete Sample, Locked, and Hold print jobs, but cannot unlock them.
Note that users have to log in if user authentication is enabled.
What users can do with Stored Print jobs depends on the access privileges specified for those files.
File access privileges are specified on the Program/Change Permissions for User/Group Files page.
- If a "Go to Printer Job History" link appears in the upper right of the page, you can click it to go to the Printer Job History page.
View
Select from the following items you want to display in the list:
Note
- Hold Print (Print at Set Time) and Hold Print (Incomplete: Print at Set Time) are included in Hold Print.

- Sample Print

- Hold Print
- Stored Print
Select User ID
If you select a user ID, only the selected user's documents are displayed.
Note
- Use Select User ID to narrow down the documents selected using the View option.
Page control buttons
Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the button and the button.
Go to the first page. button
Displays the first page.
Go to the previous page. button
Displays the previous page.
Go to the next page. button
Displays the next page.
Go to the last page. button
Displays the last page.
Display Items
Select the number of display items per page.
List of display items
To select a document, select its check box.
The number of selected documents appears in Selected, above the list.
To select all documents of the same type as the selected document, click the Select All button.
To deselect all forms in the list, click the Clear All button. Jobs on pages not displayed are also deselected.

Note
- You cannot select documents of different types (sample print documents and locked print documents, for example) at the same time.
Type
Displays the job type as Sample Print, Locked Print, Hold Print, Hold Print (Print at Set Time), Hold Print (Incomplete: Print at Set Time) or Stored Print.
Icons
Locked Print and password-protected documents are indicated by the icon.
Locked documents are indicated by the icon.
Details button
Click to display the File Details page.
Name
Displays the name specified for the login name of the job sender.
User ID
Displays the identifier of the user who sent the job.
File Name
Displays the job's document name.
Created At
Displays the date and time the user sent the job.
Print Start Time
Displays the print start time specified by the user.
Page(s)
Displays the number of pages in the job.
Copies
Displays the specified number of copies to be printed.
Note
- Name appears only when user authentication is enabled.
- If there is no information entered for User ID, File Name, Created At, or Print Start Time, "---" may appear.
- The number of copies of a Locked Print and Hold Print document are shown as "---" for Copies.
- Locked document icons are displayed only if you are logged in as File administrator.
No icons are displayed before logging in, even for locked documents.
Buttons
Refresh
Click to update the currently displayed information.
Print
Displays a confirmation page about printing a selected document.
If the icon is displayed to the right of the document type, the Enter Password page appears.
Delete
Displays a confirmation page about deleting a selected document.
If the icon is displayed to the right of the document type, the Enter Password page appears.
Note
- Passwords are not required if you are logged in as File administrator.
Unlock Job
When clicking Unlock Job, the confirmation message about unlocking of the selected job appears.
Note
- This button is available only when you are logged in as File Administrator and the job lock function is enabled.
