Deleting Documents
Follow the procedure below to delete a selected document.
- On the Document Server, select the check box of the document you want to delete (up to 30 documents can be selected).
- Click Delete in the upper left of the page.
The List of Files to Delete page appears.
- Check the displayed documents.
To prevent a document being deleted, select it, and then click Remove.
- Click Delete File(s).
All documents in the list are deleted.
