The Counter tab on the Home page shows counter figures for print, fax, and other jobs processed by the device.

Note

• Some items may not appear depending on machine type or configuration.

Total

The total number of pages processed by the device.

Copier

Displays page counts processed using the copier function:

Black & White

The number of pages copied in black-and-white mode.

Printer

Displays page counts processed using the printer function:

Black & White

The number of pages printed in black-and-white mode.

Send/TX Total

Displays page counts processed using the scanner send function:

Black & White

The number of pages sent in black-and-white mode.

Color

The number of pages sent in color mode.

Scanner Send

Displays page counts processed using the scanner send function:

Black & White

The number of pages sent using the scanner in black-and-white mode.

Color

The number of pages sent using the scanner in color mode.

Coverage

Copier/Printer

Displays the coverage for each function.
Coverage is the cumulative toner usage for print (in 1% increments) per A4 sheet. For example, if an A4 sheet is completely filled in with black toner, the black coverage is 100%.

GPC Counter

Displays the number of printed or copied pages of a job, counting from the 11th copy.

Note

• For example, if a 10-page document is printed or copied, the GPC Counter function displays a different page count based on the number of copies:
  ・10 copies or less: 0
  ・11 copies: 10
  ・12 copies: 20

GPC

The number of printed or copied pages, counting from the 11th copy.

GPC Printer

The number of pages processed under the printer function, counting from the 11th copy.

Other Function(s)

Displays page counts processed with other functions:

A3/DLT

The number of pages printed in A3 or DLT size.

Duplex

The number of pages printed on both sides.

Click to update the currently displayed information.

Back

Displays the previous page.
