Configure the settings for the timer to control output of fax received files and auto - reports.
You can store or transfer received documents to the specified destination without outputting them after business hours or on a holiday.

General Setting

Configure the general settings for the timer.
Click Detailed Settings to open the Detailed Settings page where you can configure detailed settings.

Configure the settings for each line.

Configure the settings for an individual line. Click Detailed Settings to open the Detailed Settings page where you can configure detailed settings.

Prohibit Auto Print

Use this function to prohibit auto-print of received files and reports.
For example, if you cannot configure the timer setting because you are not sure how long you are out of the office, set this function before you leave. You can stop auto-printing of the documents during your absence.

Print Standby to Print Files

All Files/G3-1/G3-2/G3-3/Internet Fax/IP-Fax

Use this function to print the documents that are in the queue for all files or each line.
