Configure settings to control the functions supported by the machine.

Sleep Mode Timer

The sleep mode timer automatically turns off the device when it is left idle for a specified period.
Enter the time period that the device must be idle before switching to sleep mode. Depending on your machine model, the time period you can specify will vary as follows:

Low Power Mode Timer

The low power mode timer puts the device into low-power mode when it is left idle for a specified period.
If you select On, you must then enter the time period that the device must be idle before switching to low-power mode. Enter a value between 1 and 240 (minutes). Note that on some machine models, the time period you can specify may be between 1 and 30 (minutes).

System Auto Reset Timer

Select whether to reset the device to its initial status (as when the device was first turned on), when left idle for a specified period.
If you select On, you must then enter the time before reset to initial status. Enter a value between 10 and 999 (seconds).
If you select Off, device settings remain until turned off.

Copier/Document Server
Auto Reset Timer

Select whether to reset the copier/document server settings to their initial status (as when first turned on), when the copier/document server functions are left idle for a specified period.
If you select On, you must then enter the time before reset to initial status. Enter a value between 10 and 999 (seconds).
If you select Off, device settings remain until turned off.

Facsimile Auto Reset Timer

Specify the time before resetting the device's fax settings to their initial status (as when first turned on) when the fax function is idle for a specified period.
If you select On, you must then enter the time before reset to initial status. Enter a value between 30 and 999 (seconds).
If you select Off, device settings remain until turned off.

Scanner Auto Reset Timer

Select whether to reset the device's scanner settings to their initial status (as when first turned on), when the scanner function is idle for a specified period.
If you select On, you must then enter the time before reset to initial status. Enter a value between 10 and 999 (seconds).
If you select Off, device settings remain until turned off.

Printer Auto Reset Timer

Select whether to reset the device's printer settings to their initial status (as when first turned on), when the printer function is idle for a specified period.
If you select On, you must then enter the time before reset to initial status. Enter a value between 10 and 999 (seconds).
If you select Off, device settings remain until turned off.

Auto Logout Timer

Select to automatically log out the user logged in from the control panel if he/she does not use the machine for a specified period.
If you select On, you must then enter the time period which must elapse before the user is automatically logged out. Enter seconds between 60 and 999 (seconds).
If you select Off, the user remains logged in until he/she manually logs out.

Weekly Timer Code

When On is selected for Weekly Timer to enable Auto Power On/Off, also select whether to request an authentication code for manual power on.
When On is selected, enter the authentication code. Enter a value between 0 and 99999999.

Monday - Sunday

Select whether to power on/off the machine automatically at a specified time each day of the week.

Power On Time

Select whether to power on the machine automatically.
If On is selected, specify the time when the machine is powered on. Enter hours between 0 and 23, and minutes between 00 and 59.

Power Off Time

Select whether to power off the machine automatically.
If On is selected, specify the time when the machine is powered off. Enter hours between 0 and 23, and minutes between 00 and 59.

  • To power on/off the machine manually, select Off.
