By creating a shared folder on the network, you can transfer a file scanned by the scanner function to this folder.

Protocol

Select the protocol for file transfer.

Port No.

Enter the port number used when transferring a file by FTP. You can enter a value between 1 and 65535. The default is 21.

Server Name

Enter the name of the connected server used when transferring a file by FTP. You can enter up to 64 characters.

Path

Enter the shared folder path. You can enter up to 128 characters.

User Name

Enter the name of a user who has write privileges to the shared folder. If you are using FTP, you can enter up to 64 alphanumeric characters. If you are using SMB, you can enter up to 128 alphanumeric characters.

Change Login Password

Select whether or not to change the password.

Login Password

Enter the password of the user entered in the [User Name] box. If you are using FTP or NCP, you can enter up to 64 alphanumeric characters. If you are using SMB, you can enter up to 128 alphanumeric characters.
The password entered here must be the same as that entered earlier in Confirm Login Password. If it is not, the password cannot be changed.

Confirm Login Password

Enter the password again to confirm it.
The password entered here must be the same as that entered earlier in Confirm Login Password. If it is not, the password cannot be changed.
