You can view users/groups belonging to the destination group before sending fax or scanner files from the Document Server. You can also select a user/group in the displayed list to add it as the destination.
Page control buttons
Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the 
button and the 
button.
[Go to the first page]. button
Displays the first page.
[Go to the previous page.] button
Displays the previous page.
[Go to the next page.] button
Displays the next page.
[Go to the last page.] button
Displays the last page.
[Page] box and [Go] button
Displays the specified page. Enter the number of the page in the [Page] box, and then click [Go] to display it.
Display Items
Select the number of display items per page.
Total No. of Programmed Items
Displays the number of users/groups registered to this group.
List of display items
To add a user or group as the destination, select the check box to the left of the user or group.
The following items are displayed:
Entry No.
Displays a user- or group-specific number assigned when the user or group is registered to the Address Book.
Encryption
Displays a padlock icon when S/MIME encryption is enabled for the e-mail address.
Name
Displays the name of the user or group.
Destination(s)
Displays the destination's fax number, e-mail address, or folder name.
Button
[OK]
Click to save the settings and return to the [Send File by Fax] or [Send File by Scanner] page. The settings made here are reflected in the destinations list on the [Send File by Fax] or [Send File by Scanner] page.
[Cancel]
Click to cancel the settings and return to the [Send File by Fax] or [Send File by Scanner] page.
