You can make settings for the cover sheet, slip sheet, or designation sheet when printing documents stored in the Document Server. This page appears when you click [Cover Sheet/Slip Sheet] on the [List of Files to Print] page.
Select whether to create a cover sheet. When creating a cover sheet, select whether to print a cover sheet. When you select a format for the front cover sheet, the icon representing the selected cover sheet format appears.
Do not create a cover sheet.
Print the document's first page on the front cover.
Insert a cover sheet before the first page.
Print the first and last pages of the file on the front and back covers.
Insert a cover sheet before the first and after the last page of the file.

Select whether to insert a slip sheet for each page. When inserting, you can select whether to print a slip sheet. When you select a slip sheet format, the icon representing the selected format appears.
Do not insert a slip sheet.
Insert a slip sheet for each page and print the slip sheets. Contents of the corresponding page (printed immediately before) are printed on the slip sheet.

Select whether to set Designate.
When [On] is selected, click [Detailed Settings...].
When the [Designate/Chapter] page appears, enter the required settings.
Click to save the settings and return to the [List of Files to Print] page.
Current settings are displayed under the [Cover Sheet/Slip Sheet] button on the [List of Files to Print] page.
Click to cancel the settings and return to the [List of Files to Print] page.
