Select Tray
Document Server > Document Server > List of Files to Print > Select Tray

You can make settings for the paper tray used for printing files stored in the Document Server. This page appears when you click [Select Tray] on the [List of Files to Print] page.

Note

Paper Tray

Select one of the following:

Auto Paper Size Select

Paper is automatically selected based on file page size.

Tray 1 to Tray n, Bypass Tray, Large Capacity Tray

These are the machine's input trays. The status icon, paper size, and paper orientation are displayed to the right of the input tray name.

Note

  • Click [Paper Type] to check the type of paper loaded.
  • Status icons are the same as those displayed in the [Status] tab on the [Home] page.
  • If the Interposer Tray is installed, its information is displayed but this tray cannot be selected as an input tray.

Tray 1 Paper/Bypass Tray Paper

Select the paper to set in the tray 1/bypass tray.

Note

Paper Size

Off

Select this if you do not want to specify paper for the tray.

Regular Size Landscape

Select this when setting paper vertically on the tray. Specify the paper size using the drop down menu to the right.

Regular Size Portrait

Select this when setting paper horizontally on the tray. Specify the paper size using the drop down menu to the right.

Custom Size

Select this to set custom size paper on the tray. Using the diagram displayed on the page, enter the vertical and horizontal lengths of the paper.

Note

  • Specific length and width ranges depend on the device type. If the specified size is out of range, it is automatically corrected to the maximum or minimum value when [OK] is clicked.

Special Paper

To print on special paper using the tray, select the paper type.

Click to save the settings and return to the [List of Files to Print] page.
Current settings are displayed under the [Select Tray] button on the [List of Files to Print] page.

[Cancel]

Click to cancel the settings and return to the [List of Files to Print] page.
