Current/Waiting Jobs
This page displays a list of print jobs that are ongoing or in waiting status.
This list includes all functions supported by the device, such as copier and Document Server. On this page you can delete, suspend, or resume a selected job.
Note
- When the power is turned off, all print jobs are cleared.
- When logged on as Machine Administrator, you can perform all available print job operations, including viewing, job order changing, and deleting.
Authenticated users can view jobs, but are prohibited from using some functions. For example, they cannot delete print jobs.
Change Order
Select the check box of the job you want to move, and then click one of the following buttons:
Note
- List items are sorted into one of the two orders: order of job submission (Job Order) and job type priority order. To find which order is used, select [Configuration] - [Device Settings] - [System]. If [Job Order] is selected in the [Print Priority] list, the list is sorted in the order of job submission; otherwise the list is sorted in job type priority order.
- You cannot move a job if its status is [Printing].
[Top]
Move the job to the top of the list.
[Up]
Move the job up one position.
[Down]
Move the job down one position.
View
Select from the following items you want to display in the list:
- Copier/Document Server
- Printer
- Others
Page control buttons
Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the 
button and the 
button.
[Go to the first page] button
Displays the first page.
[Go to the previous page] button
Displays the previous page.
[Go to the next page] button
Displays the next page.
[Go to the last page] button
Displays the last page.
[Page] box and [Go] button
Displays the specified page. Enter the number of the page in the [Page] box, and then click [Go] to display it.
Display Items
Select the number of display items per page.
List of display items
Select the check box to the left of the job information to select a job.
The number of waiting jobs is displayed above the list.
Items displayed in the list are as follows:
Status
Displays job status such as [Scanning], [Printing], [Suspending], or [Error].
Function
Icons are shown to indicate the function used to generate the job.
One of the following appears, however, icons representing the functions not supported by the device are not displayed.
The print job generated with the copier function.
The print job generated with Document Server function.
The print job sent from the printer driver.
The print job sent from the Document Server using Web Image Monitor.
The print job sent from a network computer and stored in the machine's Document Server.
[Details] button
Click to display the [Details] page.
No.
Displays reservation numbers assigned to jobs. These numbers may not be consecutive.
User Name
Displays the name of the user who requested the job.
File Name
Displays the file name for the job.
Original
Displays the number of pages in the job.
Quantity
Displays the number of copies to be printed.
Time Required
Displays the amount of time required from start to end of print.
Note
- If there is no information entered for [User Name] or [File Name], "---" or "?" appears.
Buttons
[Refresh]
Click to update the currently displayed information.
[Delete Reservation]
Click to delete the selected job.
Note
- You cannot delete a job if its status is [Suspending].
[Suspend Printing]/[Resume Printing]
The [Suspend Printing] button appears when there is no job whose status is [Suspending]. The [Resume Printing] button appears when there is a job whose status is [Suspending].
If you click the [Suspend Printing] button, the selected job and any subsequent job(s) go into the [Suspending] status.
Click the [Resume Printing] button to stop suspending the jobs whose status is [Suspending].
Note
- These buttons appear only when the list is sorted in Job Order.
- If there is any job subsequent to the selected job, it is not possible to suspend the selected one only.
[Back]
Displays the previous page.
