List of Files to Print
Fax Received File > Fax Received File > List of Files to Print

Displays a list of fax received files to be printed. This page appears when you select a file or files on the [Fax Received File] page and click [Print].

Note

• Up to 30 documents can be selected on the [Fax Received File] page.
• The following users can access fax-received files. Users logged on as an administrator cannot access fax-received files.
  • Users connected to a device that is set not to perform user authentication
    If a received file user code is set, the user code must be entered.
  • Users logged on to a device that is set to perform user authentication
    Users must have normal fax operation rights.

Total Files to Print

Displays the number of files to be printed.

Total Pages

Displays the total number of pages of the files to be printed.

List of print files

Displays a list of files to be printed.
Files are displayed using the combined [File No.] and [Sender] box settings.
Files are printed starting from the beginning of the list.

File control buttons

Use the buttons to the right of the list to change the print order of selected files.

[Remove]

Click to prevent a file selected in the list being printed.

Print Settings

Duplex

Select whether to initiate duplex printing.

Note

• This option is unavailable if the machine does not support the duplex print function.
• Selecting [On] uses duplex printing to print all files selected in the list. The files are printed separately. Therefore, if the last page number is odd, the back of the paper is left blank.

Buttons

[Print]

Click to print the files displayed in the list based on the settings.

[Cancel]

Click to cancel printing and return to the [Fax Received File] page.
