Fax Received File > Fax Received File > File Details

Displays the properties of files received by fax and stored on the machine. On the [Fax Received File] page, click the button, the properties button to display the properties.

Note

• The following users can access fax-received files. Users logged on as an administrator cannot access fax-received files.
  • Users connected to a device that is set not to perform user authentication
    If a received file user code is set, the user code must be entered.
  • Users logged on to a device that is set to perform user authentication
    Users must have normal fax operation rights.

Thumbnails and [Enlarge Image]

Thumbnails of the first pages of files are displayed. Clicking [Enlarge Image] under the thumbnail opens an application that allows you to view PDF files, and enlarged thumbnails of the first page appear.

Note

• An application that allows you to view PDF files must be installed on the computer.

Received

Displays the date and time the file was received by fax.

Sender

This identifies the device that sent the file.

Page(s)

Displays the number of pages in the file.

File No.

Displays the control number assigned to the file.

Subject

Displays the subject of the file received via e-mail using the Internet Fax function.

Note

• This item appears only when [E-mail] is applied for [Line].

Line

Displays the line used to receive the file.

Download

Fax files stored on the device can be downloaded.

File Format

Select the file format to be used for downloading.

PDF File Security Settings

Before downloading the file in PDF format, you can click [Change] to configure security settings for the PDF file.

Note

• The file with security settings has to be downloaded from the [File Details] page. Once you return to the [Fax Received File] page, the security settings are canceled.

[Download]

Click to download the file in the selected file format.
Clicking this button displays the [Confirm Download] page.

Click to return to the [Fax Received File] page.
