Administrator

Administrator is the user allowed to change device settings for applicable operations.

Before logon

Before logon (i.e. when you are not logged on), you can check device status, device settings, and job status using the Web Image Monitor pages.

Supervisor

Supervisors are special administrators who can change Administrator passwords, as well as Supervisor user names and passwords.
