The [Supplies] tab on the [Home] page displays status information about consumables for the machine.
Note
- Different items are available depending on the type of machine you are using.
Toner
Displays the toner color and level of remaining toner.
The following example shows the status indicators for black toner:
Remaining toner level.
Note
- Depending on the machine, toner level status may not be displayed.
Cartridge Almost Empty
Running low.
Cartridge Empty
Empty.
Undetectable
Toner level unknown.
Photoconductor Unit
Displays the photoconductor unit color type and its usable lifespan.
The following example shows the status indicators for a black photoconductor unit:
Remaining lifespan.
Note
- Depending on the machine model, some intermediate levels might not be displayed.
Replace Soon
Nearing end of life.
Replace Now
End of life.
Undetectable
Level status unknown.
Development Unit
Displays the development unit color type and its usable lifespan.

Others
Waste Toner Bottle
Displays the usable lifespan of the waste toner bottle.

Transfer Unit, Intermediate Transfer Unit, Fusing Unit/Transfer Roller, Fusing Unit, Fusing Oil Unit
Displays the usable lifespan of these consumables, respectively.
