Use this page to create or edit an encryption key for the specified encryption algorithm.
Encryption Key
Enter the key used for encryption. The number of characters that you can enter depends on the encryption algorithm that you select.
If you select [DES]:
You can enter 16 hexadecimal characters or 8 alphanumeric characters.
If you select [3DES]:
You can enter 48 hexadecimal characters or 24 alphanumeric characters.
If you select [AES-128]:
You can enter 32 hexadecimal characters or 16 alphanumeric characters.
If you select [AES-192]:
You can enter 48 hexadecimal characters or 24 alphanumeric characters.
If you select [AES-256]:
You can enter 64 hexadecimal characters or 32 alphanumeric characters.
Confirm Encryption Key
Reenter the encryption key in this box for confirmation.
To create the encryption key, the key you enter here must match the key specified in the [Encryption Key] box.
Buttons
[OK]
Click to save the settings and return to the [Encryption Key Manual Settings] page. The settings are applied when you click [OK] on the [IPsec] page.
[Cancel]
Click to cancel the settings.
