Detailed Error Log
Job > Printer > Printer Error Log > Details

Displays detailed information about the error. This page appears when you click the button, for the selected error item on the [Printer Error Log] page.

Note

• If there is no information entered for [User ID], [File Name], or [Created At], "---" may appear.

ID

Displays a unique number assigned to each error. ID numbers may not be consecutive.

User ID

Displays the identifier of the user who sent the job.

File Name

Displays the name of the document where the error occurred.

Created At

Displays the date and time the user sent the job.

Started At

Displays the date and time the print job started on the printer.

Error Type

Displays the error type such as [Storing Failed], [The job was reset], and [An error has occurred].

Error Content

Displays specific error contents.
