IP-Fax Gateway Settings
Configuration > Fax > IP-Fax Gateway Settings

Displays the VoIP gateway registered for the IP-Fax function.
The page for registering and updating the VoIP gateway can be displayed from this page. You can set up to 50 VoIP gateways.

Note

• Settings on this page can be changed by the following Administrators and Users:
  • Network Administrator
  • Users logged on to a device that is set to perform user authentication
    Users must have normal fax operation rights and permission to change settings that usually only administrators can change.

The List at the Top

You can switch pages using the list at the top.
Ten VoIP gateways are displayed per page. To register or change a registered VoIP gateway, select it, and then click the [Change] button.

[Change]

Displays the [Change IP-Fax Gateway Settings] page corresponding to the currently displayed numbers (for example, 1 to 10).

Prefix

Displays the VoIP gateway's phone number.

Protocol

Displays the protocol for IP-Fax transmission or newly registered additions to the Address Book. "H.323" or "SIP" is displayed.

Gateway Address

Displays the VoIP gateway's IP address or host name. Can also display the port number, if set to do so.

Click to update the currently displayed information.
