The [Counter] tab on the [Home] page shows counter figures for print, fax, and other jobs processed by the device.
Note
- Some items may not appear depending on machine type or configuration.
Total
The total number of pages processed by the device.
Copier
Displays page counts processed using the copier function:
Black & White
The number of pages copied in black-and-white mode.
Full Color
The number of pages copied in full color mode.
Printer
Displays page counts processed using the printer function:
Black & White
The number of pages printed in black-and-white mode.
Full Color
The number of pages printed in full color mode.
Single Color
The number of pages printed in single color mode.
Two-color
The number of pages printed in two-color mode.
Fax
Displays page counts processed using the fax function:
Black & White
The number of pages printed in black-and-white mode.
Single Color
The number of pages printed in single color mode.
Send/TX Total
Displays page counts processed using the fax transmission or scanner send function:
Black & White
The number of pages sent in black-and-white mode.
Color
The number of pages sent in color mode.
Fax Transmission
Displays page counts processed using the fax transmission function.
Scanner Send
Displays page counts processed using the scanner send function:
Black & White
The number of pages sent using the scanner in black-and-white mode.
Color
The number of pages sent using the scanner in color mode.
Coverage
Color Coverage
The cumulative ink usage for color print (in 1% increments) per A4 sheet.
B & W Coverage
The cumulative ink usage for black-and-white print (in 1% increments) per A4 sheet.
Color Print Page
The number of pages printed in color applicable to the Color Coverage count.
B & W Print Page
The number of pages printed in black-and-white applicable to the B & W Coverage count.
Other Function(s)
Displays page counts processed with other functions:
A3/DLT
The number of pages printed in A3 or DLT size.
Duplex
The number of pages printed on both sides.
