Use this page to make settings for creating a print backup file.
Select whether to create a backup file for print.

Select a file format and make related format settings.

To save the file in PDF format, click [Change] to make its security settings.

Select a resolution level for the file.
Note
Select whether to specify user(s) to receive the print backup file.
If [On] is selected, specify user(s) in [Recipient User Name List].
Specify user(s) who will receive the print backup file.
Sorts by title and displays users belonging to the selected title tab.
When you select [Off], all users registered to the Address Book are displayed.
When you select [Title 1], [Title 2], or [Title 3], [Current Title] appears.
To display users belonging to a tab, click the button corresponding to that tab.
When you select the tab (button) corresponding to the title selected for [Switch Displayed Title], users belonging to that tab are displayed.
Select a search item in the [Search for] list, enter a search string in the box to the right, and then click [Search] to start searching for users that match the search criteria.
Available search strings depend on the search item selected.
Note
A number between 1 and 50000 can be specified.
Up to 20 characters can be entered.
Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the
button and the
button.
[Go to the first page] buttonDisplays the first page.
[Go to the previous page] buttonDisplays the previous page.
[Go to the next page] buttonDisplays the next page.
[Go to the last page] buttonDisplays the last page.
Displays the specified page. Enter the number of the page in the [Page] box, and then click [Go] to display it.
Select the number of display items per page.
Displays the number of users in the list.
If [Off] is selected for [Switch Displayed Title], the total number of registered users is displayed.
If [Title X] is selected for [Switch Displayed Title] and the tab (button) is selected for [Current Title], the number of users belonging to that tab is displayed.
To select a recipient user, select the check box to the left of the user name.
The list contains the following items:
Displays a user-specific number assigned when the user is registered to the Address Book.
The icon
appearing to the left of the entry No. represents the user.
Displays the name of the user.
Click to save the settings and return to the [File Details] page. Settings made here are reflected in [Print Backup] on the [File Details] page.
Click to cancel the changes.
