The [Status] tab on the [Home] page shows the device status information.
Language selection list
When a language is selected, the pages are displayed in that language.
Note
- The language selection list remains displayed whenever a tab is selected on the [Home] page.
- Languages that appear in the language selection list can be changed using the [Configuration: Webpage] page (only when you are logged on as Network Administrator).
Device Name
Displays the name of the connected device.
Location
Displays the device location.
Comment
Displays the comment entered for the device.
Host Name
Displays the name of the host used with the current network protocol.
URL1
Displays the link address of [URL1] that is specified on the [Configuration] - [Webpage] page.
Note
- This item appears only if [Display Name] and [URL] are specified for [Set URL Target of Link Page] - [URL1], and [Show on Home Screen] is set to "On" on the [Configuration] - [Webpage] page.
URL2
Displays the link address of [URL2] that is specified on the [Configuration] - [Webpage] page

- This item appears only if [Display Name] and [URL] are specified for [Set URL Target of Link Page] - [URL2], and [Show on Home Screen] is set to "On" on the [Configuration] - [Webpage] page.
[Reset Device]
Click to display the [Reset Device] page, where you can return the device to the state immediately after power-on.

- This page appears when you are logged on as Machine Administrator. This page also appears when you are logged on as User, provided that user authentication is enabled on the device and Users are permitted to make changes to the Machine Administrator's setting items.

Status
The status of functions of the device appears.
Click the 
button to the right of a status icon to display its explanation.

Note
- The status of functions not supported by the machine are not displayed.
- The status of [System] is displayed only when an error occurs.
The icon below appears if the machine is receiving too many access requests.
Device Access Violation
Toner
Displays the toner color and remaining toner level.
Remaining toner level.
Note
- Depending on the machine, toner level status may not be displayed.
Cartridge Almost Empty
Running low.
Cartridge Empty
Empty.
Undetectable
Toner level unknown.
Input Tray
Displays the status of each input tray, and the size and orientation of paper loaded in each. Depending on the machine, the paper type etc. is displayed.
Input Tray Names
Displays the names of the input trays.
Status Icons
Displays the condition of the input tray using icons.
Icon meanings are as follows:
(Roll paper tray)
(Regular tray)
The amount of paper in the tray.
(Roll paper tray)
(Regular tray)
Paper is almost out.
(Roll paper tray)
(Regular tray)
Out of paper, or the tray is not set.
Another type of error has occurred.
Paper Sizes and Orientations
Displays the size and orientation of paper loaded in the input trays.
The following icons indicate paper orientation.
The paper is loaded in the portrait orientation.
The paper is loaded in the landscape orientation.
Paper Types
Displays the types of paper loaded in the trays, such as [Recycled Paper].
Output Tray
Displays the status of each output tray.
Some devices may not use all of these icons.
Output Tray Names
Displays the names of the output trays.
Status Icons
Displays the conditions of the output tray using icons.
Icon meanings are as follows:
The tray is working normally.
The tray is full.
There is paper remaining in an output tray.
An error has occurred.
