Document Server > Document Server > List of Files to Delete

Displays a list of files to be deleted from the Document Server. This page appears when you select a file or files on the [Document Server] page and click [Delete].

Note

• Up to 30 documents can be selected on the [Document Server] page.
• Files can be deleted by the following Administrators and Users:
  • File Administrator
  • Users having the Full Control privilege
  • Users having the Edit privilege

Files to delete

Displays a list of files to be deleted.
The number of applicable files is displayed above the list.

[Remove]

Click to prevent a selected file being deleted.

Buttons

[Delete File]

Click to delete the files displayed in the list from the Document Server.

[Cancel]

Click to cancel deletion and return to the [Document Server] page.
