Scanner Remote Send History

This page lists sent scanner files stored in the Document Server and their logs.

Note

When the power supply is turned off, all send jobs are cleared.
When logged in as Machine Administrator, you can view all send jobs and job history, and the [Delete] button is available to cancel a send job.
Administrators except Machine Administrator are not permitted to open this page.
A User can view any information about his/her jobs, but cannot view some information about other Users' jobs, which is hidden by special characters. Note that Users have to log in if User authentication is enabled.
If a "Go to [Document Server]" link appears in the upper right of the page, you can click it to go to the [Document Server] page.

Page control buttons

Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the Go to the previous page button and the Go to the next page button.

[Go to the first page] button

Displays the first page.

[Go to the previous page] button

Displays the previous page.

[Go to the next page] button

Displays the next page.

[Go to the last page] button

Displays the last page.

[Page] box and [Go] button

Displays the specified page. Enter the number of the page in the [Page] box, and then click [Go] to display it.

Display Items

Select the number of display items per page.

List of display items

Select the check box to the left of the job information to select a job.
The items displayed are as follows:

Started At

Displays the date and time the send job started. This field is blank if the send job has not started yet.

Sender

Displays the name of the user who requested the job.

File Name

Displays the name of the file (to be) sent.
If more than one file are selected on the [Send File by Fax] or [Send File by Scanner] page, the first file is displayed.

Status

Displays job status such as [Waiting], [Sending], [Sending Completed], [Cancel Sending], and [Error].

Complete Date/Time

Displays the date and time the send job completed. This field is blank if the send job has not completed yet.

Encryption

Displays whether the job was encrypted using S/MIME before it was sent.

First Destination

Displays the first destination in the list displayed on the [Send File by Scanner] page.

Page(s)

Displays the total number of pages in the send job.
