Program/Change Administrator
Configuration > Device Settings > Program/Change Administrator

Make settings to use the Administrator or Supervisor account for logging on to the device. The Supervisor has password changing privileges only.

Note

• On this page, settings can be made to items relevant to the current Administrator only.
  When logged on as a Supervisor, you can change or delete an Administrator or Supervisor password.

Administrator User

Login User Name

Enter a user name to use for logging on as Administrator, using up to 32 alphanumeric characters. Double quotes ("), colons (:), and spaces are prohibited.

Login Password

To change the Administrator password, click [Change]. When the [Change Password] page appears, enter the password you want to use.

Encryption Password

To change the password for encrypting the Administrator password, click [Change]. When the [Change Encryption Password] page appears, enter the password you want to use.

Supervisor

Login User Name

Enter a user name to use for logging on as Supervisor, using up to 32 alphanumeric characters. Double quotes ("), colons (:), and spaces are prohibited.

Login Password

To change the password for logging on as Supervisor, click [Change]. When the [Change Password] page appears, enter the password you want to use.

Buttons

[Refresh]

Click to update the currently displayed information.

• Before making the settings, click [Refresh] to obtain the machine's current status.

[OK]

Click to apply the settings.

[Cancel]

Click to cancel the settings.
