User Authentication Management
Use this page to specify whether to manage machine usage by user code. You can utilize user codes to limit available functions and monitor machine usage.
Note
- To utilize user codes for access restriction, the user code must be registered to the Address Book. Click [Address List] in the menu area to display the Address Book.
- These settings can be made only when you are logged on as Administrator; otherwise, the machine's current settings for each item are displayed.
User Authentication Management
Select whether to use user codes to limit available functions or monitor machine usage.
Off
Disables the user code management.
User Code
Limits available functions or monitors machine usage by utilizing user codes registered to the Address Book.
When [User Code] is selected, available function items appear.
Buttons
[Refresh]
Click to update the currently displayed information.
Note
- Before making the settings, click [Refresh] to obtain the machine's current status.
[OK]
Click to apply the settings.
[Cancel]
Click to cancel the settings.
