Use this page to change languages displayed in the language selection list on the [Home] page, or to change addresses (URLs) and URL names listed in the [Favorite] area on Link Page.
In addition, Web Image Monitor Help files can be batch-downloaded from this page.

Webpage Language

Change the language of Web Image Monitor by selecting a language in the language selection list on the [Home] page. In these boxes, select languages that appear in the language selection list.

Language1, Language2

Select languages that appear in the language selection list.
The default is the printer control panel language for [Language1], and English for [Language2].

Note

• If your browser's preferred language is different from the Web Image Monitor language, the language selected in the [Language1] box is used for Web Image Monitor.
• When you click [OK] after changing the setting, the confirmation message about resetting the device appears.

Set URL Target of Link Page

URL Name 1

Displays the first URL name appearing in the [Favorite] area on Link Page. You can enter a name using up to 31 characters.

URL1

Enter the address (URL) assigned to [URL Name 1] using up to 127 alphanumeric characters.

URL Name 2

Displays the second URL name appearing in the [Favorite] area on Link Page. You can enter a name using up to 31 characters.

URL2

Enter the address (URL) assigned to [URL Name 2] using up to 127 alphanumeric characters.

Set Help URL Target

URL

Enter the address (URL) of the [Help] button. Up to 127 characters can be entered.

Note

• Help files are saved in a folder named using the language selected at downloading.
• The Help file name is index.html.
• In the [Help URL] box, enter a name using a format that does not include the language name folder.
  For example, if Help files are saved to http://a.b.c.d/help/ja/index.html on a Web server, enter http://a.b.c.d/help/.
  When using Microsoft Internet Explorer, Help files can be saved on the local computer or in a shared server on the local network for reference.
  If Help files are saved to C:\help\ja on the local computer, enter file://c:/help/.
  If Help files are saved to C:\help\ja in a shared server "server" on the local network, and the drive C is shared as "C", enter \\server\c\help\.

UPnP Setting

URL

If you are using the machine on a UPnP network, enter the machine's address (URL). Up to 127 characters can be entered.

Download Help File

Batch-download Web Image Monitor Help from the Internet Web server.
This page is the same as the Help download page displayed when clicking [Help] in the upper right of the page for the first time.

OS

Select the operating system of the computer being used.

Language

Select the language in which Help appears.

[Download]

Click to download Help. Clicking [Download] displays a page prompting Help file downloading.

Buttons

[Refresh]

Click to update the currently displayed information.

Note

• Before making the settings, click [Refresh] to obtain the machine's current status.

[OK]

Click to apply the settings.

[Cancel]

Click to cancel the settings.
